Core Flow is Finally Here! |
Did you get your copy yet? The peeps (and their abs) are loving Core Flow! The DVD features two really stellar workouts that will make your whole body says "Geeze, I love Pilates! I want to do it everyday!" (Or something like that). Seriously though, check it out. You'll love it.

Go vertical this fall and take one of your workouts to the park. Booty Camp is a fast paced full body workout that is designed to get your heart rate elevated and leave you feeling strong, stable, and probably a little sweaty. Wear running shoes, and bring a yoga mat.

In 2008 Anna became a Lululemon Ambassador to the Yonge and Briar Hill store. Despite the fact that there was no sash or tiara adorned to this title, Anna was thrilled! Her reign is now officially over, but she is often spotted in the store... trying on tank tops, chatting with the peeps, and some times teaching FREE Pilates classes!
