Core Flow is Finally Here

Core Flow was born out of my love for movement and my belief that movement is a platform for human transformation. Based on my experience teaching and practicing yoga and Pilates, I've created a system of movement that draws on the wisdom of both traditions.
This DVD features two dynamic Core Flow workouts that will strengthen your whole body from the inside out. By encouraging you to move with precision and poise, both workouts enhance ideal skeletal alignment and efficient biomechanics, allowing you to effectively tone your body from head to toe.
In both Core Flow workouts your breath is the soundtrack to your movements. As you connect body and breath, you'll create and deepen an awareness of yourself. It is through this connection that transformation occurs...move your body, expand your breath, steady your mind, and rise to your potential.
